As they prepare to kick off their campaign against Toyam Hyderabad in Jodhpur on Saturday, September 21, the India Capitals are poised to capitalize on their diverse squad, which boasts a blend of marquee players and seasoned former stars. This strategic mix aims to enhance their performance and make a strong impression this season.

Owned by the renowned GMR Group, the India Capitals have a notable history of success. They were the champions of the inaugural LLC edition under the leadership of Gautam Gambhir, who is now the head coach of the Indian men’s national cricket team. With this legacy in mind, the franchise is determined to replicate their past success. Key players such as Dwayne Smith, Ravi Bopara, Colin de Grandhomme, Naman Ojha, and Dhawal Kulkarni will be pivotal in their quest for victory. Additionally, the team will benefit from a distinguished support staff comprising former Indian cricketers Hemang Badani as Head Coach, Munaf Patel, and Venugopal Rao.
