Spread the love

Albirex Niigata Ladies, established in 2002 by our organization, serves as the women’s division of the renowned J. League club Albirex Niigata. Founded with the mission of promoting and fostering the growth of women’s soccer in Niigata, this team has been a pivotal force in the region’s sports community.

Anticipating the launch of Japan’s first professional women’s soccer league, known as the WE League, in the fall of 2021, Albirex Niigata Ladies took strategic steps to ensure its sustainability and growth. The club announced plans to operate as a financially independent entity, focusing on expanding its business ventures while simultaneously enhancing team performance and development. To facilitate this transformation, management responsibilities were transferred to a newly established company, Albirex Niigata Ladies Co., Ltd.

Since officially joining the professional league in 2021, Albirex Niigata Ladies has been actively engaging in community-based initiatives throughout Niigata Prefecture. In a move to embody its vision of becoming a beacon of inspiration for girls and women, the club rebranded itself as Niigata Ladies Football Club Co., Ltd. This change reflects our dedication to fostering a supportive and vibrant women’s community through soccer.

Our players, coaches, and staff are committed to pushing boundaries and achieving excellence. We earnestly seek your ongoing support, encouragement, and constructive feedback as we continue this journey. Together, we aim to create a thriving environment where women’s soccer can flourish and inspire future generations.
