The PlayStation Portal handheld from Sony is one of my favorite new devices. It allows you to stream your PS5 games while keeping all the features of the DualSense controller intact.

Even though I enjoy the high-quality design of the PlayStation Portal, I still prefer a dedicated gaming device like the PlayStation Portable (PSP). The PSP, released back in 2004/2005 (depending on where you lived), was ahead of its time. It delivered a console-level gaming experience in a portable form. This is something that devices like the Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck would later replicate successfully.

Unlike other handhelds like the Game Boy or DS, PSP games felt like full console games that you could play anywhere. With that in mind, we’ve picked out some PSP games we would love to see make a return. Whether through a full remake, remaster, or even a re-release on PlayStation Plus Premium, these classics deserve a comeback.
